Electric Callus Remover Product
Overview
An electric callus remover grinds away hardened, callused skin on the feet using a spinning abrasive roller, doing in seconds what a manual pumice stone or rasp does with a lot of effort. It is a cordless handheld tool: a grip with a motor inside, a coarse roller on the end, and a battery to run it. Held against a heel or the ball of the foot, the roller sands down the thick dead skin while leaving the softer skin underneath alone.
The tool is built around a Motor & Spindle that spins a Abrasive Roller Head coated in mineral grit. A Power Switch turns it on and picks a speed, a Control Board runs the motor and charging, and a Battery Pack powers it through a Charge Port. A Debris Cap catches the skin dust the roller throws off, and the whole thing is wrapped in a Body Housing shaped to grip comfortably while pressing down.
How it works
Inside the grip, a DC motor turns a Roller Spindle that the roller clips onto. The roller is the consumable part: a drum carrying an Abrasive Grit Coating of bonded grit, the same idea as sandpaper wrapped around a cylinder. As it spins against the skin at a couple of thousand rpm, the grit abrades the tough callus a little at a time. Pressing harder feeds more skin into the roller, but only up to a point — a well-designed unit stalls or slips rather than digging into live tissue, which is why the motor is geared for torque at modest speed instead of raw aggression.
The Control Board keeps the motor steady under load and offers a second, faster speed for stubborn calluses. It also runs the charging side: a charge controller safely tops up the single Li-ion cell through the USB-C Charge Port and lights an LED to show state. Because grinding skin produces a fine dust, the Debris Cap shrouds the roller and collects it, so it can be tipped into the bin rather than scattering. Both the roller and the cap pop off without tools for cleaning and for swapping in a fresh roller once the grit wears smooth.
