Electronic Bidet Seat Product
Overview
An electronic bidet seat replaces an ordinary toilet seat and adds a hygienic water wash, a heated seat and a warm-air dryer in one bolt-on unit. The Seat & Lid carries the heated ring the user sits on and the closing lid, both lowered gently by a damped soft-close hinge. Underneath, the Wash Nozzle stays parked behind a shield until a wash is requested, then a small geared Nozzle Retract Motor drives it out to the correct spray position.
Water reaching the nozzle is conditioned by the Water Valve & Heater, which filters incoming supply, opens a solenoid only during a cycle, and heats the stream on demand with a tankless element. A Boost Pump boosts pressure so the spray is steady and adjustable even on low-pressure plumbing. After rinsing, the Warm-Air Dryer blows warm air over the wash zone. The whole sequence is run by the Control Board from commands sent by the Remote Control, and the unit only operates when the Occupancy Sensor confirms a seated user. The Mounting Plate bolts the seat to the bowl on a quick-release slide.
How it works
When the user presses wash on the remote, the control board confirms occupancy, opens the solenoid valve and extends the nozzle. Supply water passes the inlet filter and flows through the tankless Heating Element, where a thermistor and the controller hold the outlet temperature at the setpoint; a thermal cutout opens the heater if it ever runs dry. The boost pump raises the pressure, and the nozzle directs a posterior or feminine spray selected by the user.
The seat ring stays warm through a low-power carbon heater film, regulated by the control board to a comfortable contact temperature. After washing, the dryer's blower pushes air across its own heating coil and out the warm-air duct, so the user need not use paper. The nozzle then retracts behind its shield and runs a self-clean rinse.
Both the control board and remote are built around an Microcontroller surrounded by SMD Passive (R/C/L), and the board switches the heater, pump and dryer through Relay contacts. Power and signals run through the internal harness, and O-rings seal every joint in the water path so the electronics stay dry. Because the heater is tankless, the seat draws meaningful current only during a wash; between uses it idles in an eco state under a watt while keeping the seat warm.
