All-in-One PC Product
Overview
An all-in-one PC folds an entire desktop computer into the back of its own monitor. There is no separate tower: the mainboard, storage, cooling, speakers, and power supply all live in the thin chassis behind the screen, so a single power cord brings the machine to life. It suits reception desks, kitchens, and clinics where a tidy footprint matters more than upgrade slots.
The defining part is the Display Module, a touch-capable LCD stack the user looks at and taps. Behind it sits the Mainboard with its soldered SoC and SO-DIMM memory, the NVMe SSD for storage, and the Webcam Module peeking over the top bezel. Sound comes from the Speaker Set, heat is moved by the Cooling Assembly assembly, and the I/O Port Cluster gathers the side and rear ports. The screen is carried by the Stand, and everything runs from a Power Supply built into the chassis.
How it works
The display module is the heart of the unit. The Timing Controller Board receives the mainboard's video stream and drives the LCD's row and column lines, while the LED Backlight shines through the liquid-crystal layer to make the image visible; the bonded touch digitizer reports finger contacts back to the SoC. Because the panel and computer share one chassis, the mainboard's display output is wired straight to the T-CON over a short internal link rather than an external cable.
The SoC integrates the CPU, GPU, and memory controller, training the SO-DIMM Memory Module modules at boot from firmware in the BIOS Flash Chip before loading the OS from the SSD. Audio is amplified by the Amplifier Board for the speakers, the webcam's Camera Lens focuses the scene onto its image sensor for video calls, and the slim heat pipe carries SoC heat to the fin stack the blower exhausts. The internal supply rectifies mains to the DC rails the whole assembly draws from.
