Bubble Machine Product
Overview
A bubble machine makes a continuous stream of soap bubbles by combining two simple motions: dipping wands into solution and blowing air through them. The Wand Module is a wheel of looped wands that rotates so each loop scoops a soap film from the Dip Tank, and the Fan Unit blows a gentle stream of air through whichever loops are facing forward, stretching each film into bubbles that drift away. A Drive Motor turns the wheel, a Control Board runs the motor and fan from its switch, and the Power Module supplies power — all inside a Housing that can sit on a tripod.
How it works
Bubble making is continuous because the wand wheel never stops. As the Wand Wheel turns on its Wheel Shaft, each Wand Loop passes down through the Dip Tank, lifts out carrying a soap film across its loop, and rotates up into the airflow. The Fan Unit sits behind the wheel: its Fan Impeller pulls air through the Air Duct and across the loaded loops, and that moving air pushes each film outward until it pinches off into a bubble. Because eight loops are always cycling through the tank and the airstream, the output is a steady cloud rather than one bubble at a time.
The mechanism is deliberately slow and gentle. The Drive Motor is a small DC motor geared down through a Helical Gear Pair so the wheel turns at just a few revolutions per minute — fast enough to keep loading wands, slow enough that the films do not tear before they reach the air. The Control Board holds an Microcontroller that runs the wheel motor and the Blower Motor fan together when the Power Switch is on. Power comes from the Power Module, which carries Li-ion Cell, 18650 cells behind a BMS Board for cordless use, or runs from a Power Supply adapter at a fixed installation.
