Overview

A cordless stick vacuum is a self-contained handheld cleaner that draws debris into an onboard bin through cyclonic separation. The Main Body holds the digital motor, battery, dust bin, and filtration, and serves as the handle. For floor cleaning it docks onto the Extension Wand, a rigid extension tube, which in turn connects to the Powered Cleaner Head that runs along the floor.

How it works

The high-speed brushless motor spins an impeller that creates a pressure drop, pulling an airstream in through the cleaner head and up the wand. Rather than relying on a bag, the body uses cyclonic separation: incoming air is forced into a tight spiral, and centrifugal force flings dust and grit outward and down into the bin while the cleaned air continues inward. Multiple cyclones in parallel capture progressively finer particles, and a sealed HEPA filter traps the smallest before clean air exhausts. Keeping the whole air path sealed means the fine dust that is captured is not leaked back into the room.

The Powered Cleaner Head carries a motor-driven brush bar whose stiff bristles agitate carpet fibers to dislodge embedded grit, while softer filaments lift fine dust from hard floors. Power for both the suction motor and the brush bar comes from the lithium-ion pack in the main body, with run time traded against suction across eco, auto, and boost modes.

Detail cleaning uses the Crevice Tool for tight gaps and the Dusting Brush for soft surfaces, both of which clip directly to the body or wand. Between uses the unit sits in the Wall Dock & Charger, which stores the tools and recharges the battery.
