Vacuum Valve and KF Fittings
PartConnects the pump to the furnace flange or ampoule and isolates the pump so the tube can be backfilled with gas. KF25 manual angle valve, flexible bellows hose, clamps and centering rings, plus an O-ring compression coupling sized to the quartz ampoule tubing.
